What is the Privacy Policy ?

This offers the highest level of encryption or security possible to process all online orders, keeping customers information secure through the entire ordering process. All orders are processed through our secured gateway. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

We never send SPAM or unsolicited e-Mail.

What is the Shipping Policy ?
All orders are processed within 24-48hrs and shipped Priority via U.S. Postal Service. Shipments are only available and shipped within the United States and Canada. If you are ordering outside the United States, you may contact us by writing to info@menopauserx.com, and make special arrangements, if applicable.

Shipping Rates:
$6.25 on all orders under $40, shipped via USP Priority Mail
$6.95 on all orders between $41 and $64, shipped via USP Priority Mail
Free Shipping on all orders over $75

Shipping charges are not refundable.

What is the Refund & Exchange Policy ?
Every effort has been made to insure the highest standards of quality and safety are adhered to. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products kindly contact info@menopauserx.com.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly consider a full refund. Returned products must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

In the event any product is damaged or tampered with during delivery, a claim will need to be made with the U.S. Postal Service. Unless specifically stated herein, shipping & handling charges are not refundable. If you feel your product was tampered with during delivery, kindly contact us at info@menopauserx.com.

What are the MenopauseRx shipping regulations?
MenopauseRX has strict regulations and policies and complies with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. MenopauseRX reserves the right not to ship a product to you, if you do not comply within our store policies or laws. If we cannot ship or deliver product to you, your money will be promptly refunded, respectfully.
