I know these things do happen but it is important to visit a doctor for the checkup but in case of shortage of time always go for the testing device at the comfort of the home which is approved by the health department and gives 99% accuracy as my friend had suggested me of Home- Check Menopause

I just had a hysterectomy Tuesday and was put on a low-dose transdermal patch Wednesday. I fell better than I did before my hysterectomy. My thinking is so much clearer. I don't have that "dementia" feeling anymore. I too am concerned about estrogen therapy, but am somewhat relieve by our article. (I also have osteopenia.) The patch I use has been approved for treatment of osteopenia in low doses. However, there is on thing you omitted in your article. How did the transdermal patches rate as far as risks of breast cancer compared to oral estrogens? I would really like to know, as I have cysts in my breast. Thank you.

If you haven't recently had one, it may be helpful to have a simple blood test to evaluate your thyroid function.

Could tingling, painful feet be a symptom of hypothyroidism? This has started happening to me about a month ago, particularly on my left foot. Occasionally it will shoot up my leg. My job involves me being on my feet, but even on my time off it occurs. Any information will be helpful. Thank you.

My feet have been driving me crazy. A description of the feeling is tightness of muscles in my feet, along with tingling (feels like when your foot falls asleep), occasionally a tensness in my legs as well. Any ideas what causes this? The sensations began about a month ago.

I think that the weight gain and bloating are two of the most frustrating of all the menopause symptoms. I can handle the hot flashes and mood swings but the tight pants are driving me nuts. I can certainly blame much of it on stress and not always making the best food choices but come on. Can't the menopause gods cut us some slack?
