I finally have taken control of my menopause journey, went to the Doctor, started on Evamist & Prometrium. I started feeling much better in about 2 days. It’s amazing to feel clear minded, energetic, & just generally more like my old (young) self again. So ladies get out there & take charge, the information is avaliable, you just really have to take some time to find it. Also, if you have children, showing them that you’re taking care of yourself sets a good example that you’re worth it & they will follow that lead as they age & have their own issues.
